While the moon men are telling Rocky they can't remember if they've scrooched Bullwinkle for eight hours or eight years...WHISK! Eight hours later, Bullwinkle thaws out in Boris's laboratory, where every word he says is monitored in another country by a faraway band of ominous spies.
