§1 ACCEPTANCE
By accessing ZENFLIX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms are binding, eternal, and written in plain language because legalese is a dark pattern.
§2 SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ZENFLIX is a curated index of publicly available media metadata (TMDB, AniList, MyAnimeList) and embedded third-party video streams. ZENFLIX does not host, transcode, distribute, or claim ownership over any video content. All media is served from external providers over which ZENFLIX exercises no control.
§3 ADVERTISEMENT DISCLAIMER
ZENFLIX does not serve advertisements. Any advertisements you encounter while streaming originate from the third-party video providers, not from ZENFLIX. We do not monetize your attention. We encourage all users to install an ad blocker for a cleaner experience, see our setup guide.
§4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All media metadata (titles, posters, synopses) are the property of their respective providers (TMDB, AniList, MyAnimeList) and are displayed under fair use for informational purposes. All editorial curation, category taxonomies, and written descriptions are original ZENFLIX content.
§5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZENFLIX is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind. The curator makes no representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party video streams. Use at your own discretion. The cinema is a mirror, what you see in it is your own reflection.
§6 TERMINATION
ZENFLIX reserves the right to terminate access to any user for any reason, including but not limited to: abuse of the platform, attempts to compromise the infrastructure, or behavior that violates the spirit of this agreement.
